For Ontario residents with a valid health card, our second opinion service is completely free through OHIP coverage. For patients outside Ontario, the cost is $600 per review. Virtual review sessions are also available at $600 for a 20-minute session with a specialist.

We review MRI, CT scans, X-rays, ultrasounds, mammograms, and nuclear medicine studies. Our team of subspecialty-trained radiologists covers neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, body imaging, cardiothoracic, breast, pediatric, interventional radiology, and nuclear medicine.

A referral is not strictly required to initiate the process, but we strongly recommend involving your primary care physician or specialist. The final report is sent directly to your referring physician to ensure seamless follow-up care and coordinated treatment.

You can upload imaging directly through our secure portal from a CD or via PocketHealth. If you need help retrieving your images from a hospital or clinic, our concierge team will assist you through the process.

Most second opinion reports are completed and sent to your physician within 48 hours of receiving your imaging studies. Urgent cases can be expedited. You'll be notified as soon as your report is ready.

The detailed report is sent directly to your referring physician. You can also access your report through our secure patient portal. We ensure all communications are fully compliant with Canadian privacy regulations.
